1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Delivery Policy

Delivery fee is a flat $60 per order anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the delivery.

If no one is available and a re-delivery is required, an additional delivery fee will be charged.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No Refunds: All sales are final once delivered.

Add-Ons: No refunds or exchanges on tree food/nutrients or other consumable products.

Eligible for Exchange: Trees, tree stands, tree disposal bags, and spray may be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective or unsatisfactory.

The original item must be available for pickup in reasonable condition (not altered or damaged).

All exchanges are subject to product availability and a re-delivery fee.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled within 24 hours of booking at no additional cost.

Rescheduling after 24 hours requires a $25 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before delivery. Delivery fees may not be refundable.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Christmas Tree Depot is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. Liability for damages is limited to the cost of the purchased item.

6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
